Residential Design
Condos, homes, and vacation properties are our thing. We know that trying to arrange the shopping, decorating, and supplying of everything from the couch to the corkscrew can be a logistical nightmare — especially if you are out of town! We are here to help alleviate some of that stress for you. Are you looking for a chic beach house, an eclectic beach home, an urban loft, or a modern beach cottage? We can help you plan each room for maximum rental income and help you make choices that set you above the rest. We will meet with you at the property (in person or virtually) and help you decide the best use of your space. After figuring out your “style” and “goal,” we will help you with everything you need to make your property ready for the rental market or your personal use — all within your budget.
Design + Supply Install and Facilitation
Choosing and ordering the right products for your vacation home is not where it ends for us! We will facilitate the delivery, storage, and install at a date convenient for you. You don’t even have to be there! Let us work our magic, and your first trip to your new vacation home can be to relax and enjoy your new property. From couch to corkscrew and everything in between, your new home will have it all. We are a “one stop shop” for your vacation home needs. We take the logistical headache out of trying to get it all done.
How it Works
After completing our online questionnaire, our team will meet with you in person or virtually to get an idea of your vision for the space and set a budget.
We will research the right furnishings and all the extras that you will need for your space. We don’t forget the little things!
We will present our ideas to you with pricing for everything from the couch to the corkscrew. If we forget something that you feel is necessary, or there is something important to you that needs to be added, there are no change fees.
Once we agree to a purchase list and a deposit is made, all of your furnishings, textiles, and supplies will be ordered.
When all items are received, we will pick a date(s) for install. Don’t worry; it all comes to us!
Upon completion of your home install, your property will be photographed professionally at no charge, and photos will be given to you to use for your property management and rental sites.
