What do you envision your vacation property to look like? We will walk through your floorpan, discuss your style, and figure out the best way to turn your dream for your space into rental income. Or, if it’s a place you will use just for you, we will take that into consideration and talk about what you must have in your space to make it perfect for you and your family. Let’s talk about your expectations and goals for your property, set a budget, and start a plan to take your home from Couch to Corkscrew.

See it.

Once our budget and plan is set, we will come up with idea boards for decorating and furnishing your space. We will give you itemized price lists for everything your home or condo will need — from the couch to the corkscrew. If we forgot something important to you, or there are changes you’d like along the way, there is never a change fee!

Enjoy it.

Once we have your deposit, we will order everything, store it, and deliver it. Our team will furnish and decorate your space with the choices we made together. We will make your beds, fill your drawers and cabinets, and add finishing touches to make it yours. Once complete, we will have your property professionally photographed at no charge so you have photos for your property listing — or just a keepsake. Your vacation property is now ready for you to walk in and enjoy.
